A B = C: A Poker Competitor’s Worth is Judged by His/Her Bottom Line

Cult of texas hold’em Verse #3:
Thou must record thy successes and thy loses; for it’s the grand total of all a persons achievements which create his or her bottom line.
How accurate is up to you. I usually believe that hourly details and that type of personal detail is wasted. Simply figure out how much ahead you are and how much (if anything) you have withdrawn. Naturally, if you don’t win, record that too, regardless of how much it hurts.
Do not omit to record what style of game you are wagering on, if that’s significant to you. (In my experience, most players hold to what they understand and do not try something they do not know. If all you record is up, loses and withdrawals, you are way in front of most gamblers out there!)
Give yourself achievable goals, like a ‘dream’ goal (new auto, get-a-way or whatever). When you take out, mark the $$$$$ taken out to your dream tally. The more successful you are, the nearer that goal will be!
